I’m a recorder player, born in Barcelona and I am dedicated to the fields of musical performance and management. Although I do not come from a context with a big musical tradition, chance led me to the Conservatori Municipal de Música de Barcelona, where I found my vocation for music and where I began to have contact with early music, which has subsequently led me to live in different cities between Spain and Germany.
Cultural management also awakened my interest and is part of my job. I have recently organized a new online inclusive concert series called Música Vital Konzertreihe, awarded by the Senator for Culture of the State of Bremen (Germany). Apart from this I dedicate myself in the historically informed practice of early and folk music arrangement for recorder and different instruments. Some of them premiered at the first edition of the largest online classical music festival NexTus Festival.
After finishing my musical degree in 2016 in Conservatorio Superior de Música in Sevilla, I moved to Germany to delve into early music and to study a master in that field at the Hochschule für Künste Bremen with Prof. Han Tol. In recent years I have performed with various ensembles in different concert series between Bremen and Hamburg, and in 2020 I was invited to play Giulio Cesare de Händel with the Bayerische Kammerphilharmonie. I have also played many times in Spain, performing at international festivals such as the Festival de Música Antiga dels Pirineus or the Festival de Música de Cámara de Monteleón, among others. Apart from this, along with the ensemble Barrock’n’roll I won the first prize at the 2nd International Early Music Competition of Gijón (Spain).
